Good Points: It works for a congested nose.

Bad Points: But that's all it does.

General comments: I'm not sure whether there's paracetamol in Sudafed too, but although it cleared my stuffed up nose I still had a killjoy of a headache. I've used other remedies (even Tesco's own) and found that at least they cleared my headache as well. But that said, for a stuffy nose that needs a nice clearing, Sudafed does the trick and kicks bum!
