Started Kellogg's Kickstart Special K today. Had a bowl for breakfast, a lunch of sweet and sour chicken, few chips and Veg, and a bowl for tea. Just got hungry so had an apple. Feel skinnier already...WEIRD, gonna keep at it.

I am on the third day of Kellogg's Kickstart Special K and have lost 4 pounds already. I have been eating the normal one for breakfast and the bliss one for lunch. Only hard bit is when the housemates fill the house with delicious smelling food. Am going to stick at it though :)

Kellogg's Kickstart Special K - Its easy! You don't need to stand in the aisle of the supermarket counting how many point are in everything. You just have to make sure you dont eat junk food. I used to snack on crisps, chocolate etc but now I have a bowl of Special K (plain) for breakfast a bowl of Special K (red berries) for lunch and a apple then about 3pm I'll have a bag of Special K Bliss then my dinner at 6.30pm without a dessert which no-one needs anyway, it's just a luxury! I have lost lo ...

Hi, I am starting this diet plan tomorrow, so I cant say much. However I did try it last week and lost 3pounds in 2days. I am hoping to start it again to see how it goes, but I did find that the weight I lost came straight back on in 2days. But I guess thats because it was just water loss, which can come back on as quickly as losing it

The Kellogg's Kickstart Special K diet is already paying off, i have lost about 5lbs and have only been on it for 3 days. My tummy has already starting to get flatter. Bad points are I don't like seeing others eating a lovely hot tea, whilst i have my cereal. Its cheap and effective!

Kellogg's Kickstart Special K is delicious and filling but I have not been able to loose weight with this diet. I have been on Kellogs diet for 2 weeks and I have moved from 73 kg to 76 kg.

I would suggest this diet to anyone who is looking for a kickstart in loosing weight. From experience it deffinately works. However, after the 2 weeks you do have to keep at it. Add exercise into your plan and the weight will be flying off!!! Good Luck!!

I started the Special K Diet and got bored on it quite quick! However, having said that I did stick it out for the whole 2 weeks and did lose weight but I couldn't keep it off. Conclusion: Great for quick weight loss perhaps if you need to lose weight for a special occassion but if you're looking to lose weight and keep it off then perhaps think of something else.

Sorry to put a dampner on this diet - it seems to work for a lot of people but unfortunately not for me. I am desperate to lose the baby weight I gained after having my son and I thought this diet would be ideal. After only a few days my skin went really spotty and I felt tired and miserable. As I'm dairy intolerant I added Rice milk which tasted good & I made an effort to have a healthy meal at lunch or in the eve and eat fruit throughout the day but still felt really rough. I had to come o ...

I like the Kelloggs Kickstart special K diet. Im not hungry and you dont have to buy loads of different things to eat in the right amounts at the right time so it doesn't cost loads of money to lose weight. Ive lost a few pounds in the first week. Nothing amazing but enough to make me carry on with it.

Only a few days in to this diet so i am not ready to write the verdict just yet. decided to try this diet as i work in the health and fitness industry and like to experiment before i give an opinion. Basically, i know if i stick to this diet i will lose weight, anyone will as its a low calorie diet, its just more convenient than other diets, for example, the juicing diet. Kellogs have stuck gold with this diet as they know there will be plenty of people willing to try it, mostly women at their w ...

I've started the special K diet today. I've had one bowl for breakfast and one for lunch, and I had two of the cereal bars for my tea breaks, spaced out in the day. I'm not a great fruit lover, but I'm thinking tomorrow I'll bring in grape for my snacks instead, it can't hurt can it? The cereal is very tasty and surprisingly filling too!! I've noticed, that by cutting down on what I eat, I'm actually gaining weight, so hopefully if I follow this diet, it will get rid of some of that. I'm rubbish ...

I am on my second day and have already lost 3pounds. I am really enjoying this diet as it is not like any other, I have a bowl in the morning and a bowl for dinner then a main meal for tea. Love this diet, fingers crossed I can keep up the weight loss.

I was thinking about starting this diet on two days. The only problem is I don't drink milk nor eat cereal with it. I don't like the soy milk also. I am lactose intolerarant and I don't like the taste of any milky products (not even vanilla ice cream). Can I still do this diet without adding milk to my cereal?

I really thought this was going to hard for me, but i really enjoy the special k bliss, it really is tasty. Another thing to do if you are trying to lose weight , is to cut out biscuits, crisps, that has really helped me as well. I did have one chocolate bar during the two weeks, which i dont think hurt, as long as its not every day. I am really a crisp lover and would eat about 3 bags a day, so cutting them out has really helped, and if i do fancy a bag, i eat an banana instead. Its also import ...
