I have been on this diet for a little over a week. I have lost about 4 pounds. I like this diet because it does all the hard work for me (apart from all the exercise!)I don't have to look around for something healthy to eat for lunch everyday. I found it in tescos and morrisons half price so I bought 4 boxes. I like the chocolate ones the most as they get rid of and chocolates cravings that I usually have! I am defietely going to stick to this as long as I can. What I have been eating:
Breakfast - Half a grapefruit and a banana + cup of green tea
Lunch - Bowl of cholate specail K cereal + cup of green tea
Dinner - Low fat ready-meal (Weight watchers or supermarket brand )
I think this comes to around 1000 cals a day, (maybe less) I don't know if that's healthy or not but i'm losing the weight! Also doing Hannah Waterman body blitz workout DVD...that's hard work!!!!
I won't lie though, You WILL be hungry :(

I started this diet 2 wks kick start plan to lose the weight I put on at Christmas. I have lost that in 6 days (5 pounds) and find I am only hungry just before my next meal so just right. It is easy to measure out by using a tea/coffee mug normal size guessing about half pint mug at most. I am being careful with evening meals too for example having boiled potatoes instead of oven chips. I have had the odd Quality Street that was hanging around too so very please. I have to say I have started usi ...- Read cazzyblues's review (220 words)

I started the Kellogg's Kickstart Special K diet this morning and am planning to stick to it religiously for the next 6 weeks. For the last 3 months I've been over indulging in chocolate, beer and fast food which has given me a fat face to say the least. I'm planning to keep a diary of my diet online to inspire others and more importantly keep me on track.- Read breakfastdiet's review (75 words)

I have been taken kellog's special k for 3 days and i have found that it causes me to feel a lot dehydrated and tired!! so i have come to know that it only causes the body to lose its water content thereby giving you a pseudo feeling of being lighter and that is all. Even the proof of it lies in the company's statements that you should stop taking it after 2 weeks.(Because if you take it for more than that you can be in serious condition of dehydration). So stop being getting fooled and better g ...- Read samuel john's review (130 words)

I am on the third day of Kellogg's Kickstart Special K and have lost 4 pounds already. I have been eating the normal one for breakfast and the bliss one for lunch. Only hard bit is when the housemates fill the house with delicious smelling food. Am going to stick at it though :)- Read Guest's review (52 words)

Kellogg's Kickstart Special K - Its easy! You don't need to stand in the aisle of the supermarket counting how many point are in everything. You just have to make sure you dont eat junk food. I used to snack on crisps, chocolate etc but now I have a bowl of Special K (plain) for breakfast a bowl of Special K (red berries) for lunch and a apple then about 3pm I'll have a bag of Special K Bliss then my dinner at 6.30pm without a dessert which no-one needs anyway, it's just a luxury! I have lost lo ...- Read Guest's review (139 words)

Hi, I am starting this diet plan tomorrow, so I cant say much. However I did try it last week and lost 3pounds in 2days. I am hoping to start it again to see how it goes, but I did find that the weight I lost came straight back on in 2days. But I guess thats because it was just water loss, which can come back on as quickly as losing it- Read Guest's review (72 words)

The Kellogg's Kickstart Special K diet is already paying off, i have lost about 5lbs and have only been on it for 3 days.
My tummy has already starting to get flatter.
Bad points are I don't like seeing others eating a lovely hot tea, whilst i have my cereal.
Its cheap and effective!

I would suggest this diet to anyone who is looking for a kickstart in loosing weight. From experience it deffinately works. However, after the 2 weeks you do have to keep at it. Add exercise into your plan and the weight will be flying off!!! Good Luck!!- Read Guest's review (164 words and 1 comment)

I started the Special K Diet and got bored on it quite quick! However, having said that I did stick it out for the whole 2 weeks and did lose weight but I couldn't keep it off. Conclusion: Great for quick weight loss perhaps if you need to lose weight for a special occassion but if you're looking to lose weight and keep it off then perhaps think of something else.- Read DJerba's review (93 words)

Sorry to put a dampner on this diet - it seems to work for a lot of people but unfortunately not for me. I am desperate to lose the baby weight I gained after having my son and I thought this diet would be ideal. After only a few days my skin went really spotty and I felt tired and miserable. As I'm dairy intolerant I added Rice milk which tasted good & I made an effort to have a healthy meal at lunch or in the eve and eat fruit throughout the day but still felt really rough. I had to come o ...- Read Barkerford's review (156 words)
