Kelloggs Kickstart Special K seems like a good idea when you are looking for a simple weightloss solution. It might taste nice with yogurt or sugar etc. But what are you really eating? There is no real nutrients in this product. Your blood stream does not really absorb anything good from it. And your colon? It gets scratched! See how bloated you feel after eating this? I tried having Kelloggs Special K with various liquids: milk, yogurt, water, juice. But my belly still gets bloated and I feel very uncomfortable. If you look at the ingredients: everything is artificial. The sugar is processed, the wheat is processed. It's no wonder people get addicted to it - there is a lot of sugar in this product. Rather stick to fruit and veg. Something more natural. Organic is even better. I do not understand how any health department can authorize the sale of Kelloggs, when it is so unhealthy.

After many years of buying Speciak K have now been forced to find another breakfast. The new recipe is terrible, taste like hamster food! Kellogg's trying to boost sales has backfired sales must be way down.

Special K used to have a unique taste, but was still healthier than a many other cereals. Now they have changed the recipe and has made them taste the same as many other healthy cereals at half the price! they have lost their special edge on the competition and I for one will not be buying them again! as they no longer taste nice. it is another case of an unnecessary change, if they wanted to renew interest in their product change the packet not the taste and everything that makes special K well special and different from all the other bog standard cereals.

Kellogg's have spoilt what was a lovely cereal with the new recipe it is hard and tasteless, bring back the old one

my family prefer ALDI'S BENEFIT to Special K. Both are 500 grams but Special K costs £2.69 while ALDI'S is only £1.50...go figure!!

I'm on this diet since three days. I already feel my appetite lower, I'm not craving chips and chocolate as much as i used to. I hope that it will work for me. I'm really hoping to lose up to 8-9 kilos after 10 weeks or so. I'm excersizing for an hour aday and dieting since 3 weeks...

I started this diet 11 days ago .. I ate the clusters for breakfast and lunch and something healthy for dinner for 7days . I tried to stay away from snacks but ate one or 2 35cal plain cracker occasinally just to steer the hunger .. I drunk plenty of water I only have two coffees a day with sweeteners instead of sugar the milk I used was 1% fat I've done a lot more excersize at home and a lot more walking at least four days a week I've always loved specail k but never really tried it as a diet but after putting on 4pounds I've given up now I'm eating unhealthy and more Fried food and some how after four days I've lost two of them pounds I'm still excersizing but not as much although the pounds I put on seemed to creep on overnight so it could of been water weight but it didn't seem to go down even after four days (and no its not that time of the month) I still eat specail k for breakfast I'm 5'7 and now 9stone 2lbs I started this at 9 stone and wanted to get down to size 8to10 instead of 10to12 I'm 19 years old and to be honest I'm really confused this is the first proper diet I've tried I'm starting to think my body structure has got something to do with it ... I'm sure at my hieght and weight I should be a dead on ten or even an 8.. !!!! But still love specail k but maybe not as a diet for me i'll just try something else maybe stick it out for the full two weeks if I try again

Im 5"1 and weigh 10 stone 3 I'm going to the gym and going to start the special k diet Special k for breakfast and special k for lunch and something heathy for dinner n drink loads of water I'm going to Florida in 56 day so hope to lose some weight I have 3 children and find it hard to lose weigh

Although i admit im not massive, i have a bmi of 23 and im 5'5. I have a bit of a podge and killer thighs which i wanted gone...i love eating junk food soo guilty of it!! However since i started this diet just 9 days ago i have cereal for breaky and dinner and whatever i want for tea which tonight was even steak pie n chips and a weight watchers choc eclair! I drink water/juice and fresh orange throughout the day and soooo far in 9 days i have lost 3.9 pounds and i feel really good, energetic and want to excersise more and not snack!

I am thinking about starting this died .. i have a 3 year old and 5 month old that i just cant seem to shake the weight from. i was 135 before i had kids ... i am now close to 200 lbs that is a big diffrence for me .. I would like to know what the stones mean ???

Been on the diet for 2 weeks now and feel much healthier. The diet has stopped me from snacking (which I used to do a lot) and I now look forward to my 'proper meal' at dinner time more than ever. I didn't weigh myself as I planned on working out daily (but been too busy!) and would have gained muscle weight anyway so it wouldn't have been a fair test. I measured my waist last night and am going to go for another 2 weeks to check the results this time. All in all though, i do feel good for doing this diet, and its been easy to stick to.

I tried the special k diet as I was 9st 11 and I am only small in height this was way to much. I started on January 2nd for two weeks, I had my main meal with meat and loads of veg and fruit and the two snack bars. I was hungry for the first few days but at the end of the two weeks I had lost a stone. I am going to start it again soon as I still need to loose another stone so will see how I go.

Hi everyone I've been on special k diet for 2 months now, i've been having crunchy nut instead of special k and have lost 1 stone and 5 pounds upto now. I think this diet is great, I find it really easy to stick to as iv'e swapped having 2 special k snacks for low fat yoghurts and low fat chrisps as it equals the same amount of fat and calories and I prefer them to the special k snacks. Iv'e tried most other diets but this one seems to work really well for me. I didn't have alot to loose just my extra baby weight, iv'e got 9 pounds to go and hopefully at this rate i'll be at my goal weight in 1 month ready for summer.

I did this diet 3 wks ago the first wk and a half i lost close to 3 1/2 lbs. I started at 118.6 and i am now 115 while to some its not much or my weight is great I have belly fat after my second child. It was great to see changes and my appetite def changed I found myself wanting smaller portions for dinner. I got bored easily as well as had my husband and inlaws over for 3 days straight due to a huge snow storm so i ate everything in sight but didnt gain extra weight and went off track I will start again tomorrow for the next 10 days to loose 3 more lbs and will be doing the Jillian Michaels work out so hope it works again

I have only been doing this for 5 days but I feel so good, I dont wont to eat choc or otherthings like that. My baby is 10 months and I had to do something that made me feel good and this plan dose, I'v told every1 about this plan.

I have been on this eating habit since wednesday so its been 5 days.
I personally dont feel its a diet at all. I ve always had a had time with eating eating breakfast and luch and then Im eating sweets at night and alarge dinner, made for a queen.
I havent checked my weight as of yet but I will wednesday.
I will say I feel full all day I have no gravings my dinner is small and I go to bed feeling so satisfied.
I really am hoping to loose weight I have had issues my whole life if this could be it, I will be amazed that something so simple was the answer all this time.

Well I have probably tried every diet under the sun...and I've stuck at none of them... Before I got married and had kids I done Weight watchers...and lost 3stone... however over the years after having 3 kids I've managed to put it all back on and more...despite never seeming to sit still..!!! I never have any time for me...and after sorting all the kids out with their dinners lunches etc I just cant be bothered thinking about what I'm having...so I usually grab a scone for breakfast and sandwich for lunch...and just whatever I can find for dinner... Obviously not ideal as I've put on so much weight. Diets which require a lot of planning are out for me... I just either dont have the time...or cant be bothered... so special K sounded perfect... nothing to think about but dinner...!! Let me tell you...it works... in 3 months Ive lost 2 stone....WOW....and I havent been doing it constantly...I do a couple of weeks on...then a week off..because lets face it you'd get pretty sick of eating it every day forever. The first couple of days I was hungry... but around day 4 I was much better...lots more energy and lost about 7lbs the first week. I just eat something normal at dinner time....not 2 fatty...or 2 healthy... I've had almost 3 weeks off it now and have been super bad and have put on 2lbs...but I know that in the first week of starting it I'll prob lose about 5-7lbs again. Give it a go....you've nothing to lose... its not for everyone...but it is for me.......5 STARS..... :-) 2 more stone to lose to be my perfect weight...

You should check your BMI, at 5ft 7" I'm thinking 9stone 2lb is the lightest you should be.... Im the same height and Im 9stone 10lb and a healthy size 10, dont want to look like a lollypop.....
