They didn't seem that bothered that I was sitting waiting for such a long time then to find out I as declined. So why do they make such an effort to say they accept people with poor credit scores when they clearly don't? ...

Once I found the right car and had test driven it, I called my allocated agent on the Monday evening and was driving my new car home on the Thursday evening. That is an unbelievable turn around and something I didn't expect, 3 days to get a new car. The staff are very helpful and polite and I would recommend these guys to anyone...

She was very helpful, once the paper work was completed, all via scans and emails, I didn't have to do anything else. I was kept inform of the status by email and when I wanted to speak to Steph I rang direct to her extension. I did get a sales person after the loan was done trying to sell Warranty and GAP insurance. But he was very polite and not too pushy, when I said thanks but no thanks that was it no pestering....

The first thing we do when we receive an application is look to obtain the best possible terms from our panel of lenders based on your circumstances. As you know, once we receive notification from the most appropriate lender that an application has been approved in principle, we’ll notify you so you can start looking for your car. Unfortunately, there are a number of factors that can influence an approval in principle, and the original offer of finance is subject to withdrawal at the lenders’ discretion.
We’d like to help you and investigate this situation further in order to provide you with some further details as to why the lender withdrew their original acceptance in principle.
