Great performance at all ranges - a little clumsy, but all over ear sets are like that. I had seen all these reviews about flimsy, poorly built, etc. Not sure what you're doing with them, but these will last quite a while. Cord may be a little extreme in terms of length and the set may be a little bulky overall, but don't steer away from these. If you price a nice set of these and compare to some of those available now, you'll see what I mean. New sets with half the sound quality cost 5 to 6… Read Full Review

Although the headphones perform extremely well, I cannot write a good review. They were very expensive and I expected them to last but they have not. Really simple! DON'T BUY!!!
The sound is great, they are comfortable, but the build quality is terrible.
The coating comes of the phone cups and the plastics are so cheap and brittle that they will crack, I'm on my 3rd pair, RUBBISH QUALITY AT TOP END PRICES, AVOID AVOID AVOID

The Bose Quiet Comfort I headphones are great! My wife and I each have a pair. They come with a 1/4 adapter jack and a really long cord (almost too long most of the time). They're a bit much to carry around on a day-to-day basis, and when plugged into today's small portable audio players, they look huge.
Like all over the ear headphones, they eventually start to hurt my ears when I have them on for hours at a time, but this happens with every pair of headphones I've tried on… Read Full Review

The Bose Quiet Comfort I are a nice product, which sounds great connected to my MD player. But it can get a bit hot and sticky inside those insulated ear cups on long flights, which reduces wearability. That said, I have slept like a baby with them on.
