    We was ozturk hotel last May & October.October hısaronu was quıter than august and september but better for us.We enjoyed our stay at ozturk because we look after lıke person ın theır famıly.Freshly cooked breakfast , Quıck and hot serve drınks very clean area.What else we can get.made done our room every day.
    Hotel ıs very close to town centre but away from noıse.
    Naım upgrade the rooms.Its great he also put haır drayer now.Its save your laguge weight.
    We meet lots of nıce people ther & lookıng forward to go 2010 may agaın
    Sebnem (Naim's lıttle dougter) great fun.
    Just lookıng for a good flıght now.

    we have been going to Ozturk hotel for a few years now and the welcome is brilliant. we feel part of the owners home and have good laughs together.The rooms are always clean and tidy,it must be good, we keep coming back!

    We have just returned from a week stay( two weeks next time) in the Ozturk hotel after 8 yrs off and on coming to hisaronu this is the best value for money.No rush for the sunbeds as there was plenty spare all day by the pool The cleaning was spotless cleaned every day with fresh towels etc Room was very quiet even the music from the bars have to stop at midnight ,breakfast varied and plenty of it.Naim & staff very helpful, give them some thought as they work like soldier ants all day moving sun ...

    Had a amazing two weeks holiday at the ozturk hotel & apartments. staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was quite spacious. Go on the boat trip we had a amazing day going for a mud bath visiting camel island, riding on a camel is quite an experience and snorkelling and you get lunch on the boat well worth every penny. we also went for a turkish bath and massage with Naims friend. To eat at hotelat lunch snack was great .Good value and fresh as you can find. ...

    Our 7th time in Hisaranou but 1st time at the Ozturk. Will deffinately be returning. You are welcomed as family members nothing is to much trouble. the staff work very hard to make sure you have a fab holiday. The pool is cleaned every morning the best we have used in the village. They even arranged a birthday cake for my husband, very nice touch, would reccommend to anyone.

    Thıs holidays that my family and friends have had at the Ozturk hotel& apartments are the best you could ever wish to have. it is a family run business and if you have a problem they will endeavour to sort it out for you .The apartments are nice and clean children are well catered for as all the staff participate in keeping the children occupied in the swimming pool while parents can have quiet drink in the bar or have a game of pool i would recommend these apartments to anybody who are goi ...

    I have stayed at Ozturk Hotel and Appartments three times this year. I have now visited 20 times in total over the last 8 years. The service has been consistently excellent. I would not dream of staying anywhere else in the area as I doubt anyone could provide better . From the moment you are welcomed at the airport until the time you leave (to the classical strains of 'Time to say goodbye' ) you are cared for with a personal service second to none.     Our 7th time in Hisaranou but 1st time at the Ozturk Apartments and Hotel. Will definately be returning. You are welcomed as family members nothing is too much trouble. They work very hard to make sure you have a fab holiday. The pool is cleaned every morning, the best we have used in the village.     We found Ozturk Hotel from internet. Stayed there last August. All staff are very helpful & smiley. We already booked at December time for first week in August. We will be there for 3 week this time...
    We like to spend time round pool you can get anything you want with 1st class service.     The Ozturk hotel is close to the village centre, yet far enough off the main street to offer tranquility and therefore the apartments are quiet and restful. Ozturk hotel is located in a quiet area so no problems getting to sleep at night. There is a good choice of food on the menu for breakfast and also serve a variety of snack meals at lunch times.     This was our 3rd time at the Ozturk Aparts. Thanks for a fab holiday again. You made us very welcome. Our 7th time Hisaronu with different hotel but after than stayed Ozturk no where else we want to go. We will definitely return. The owner made us laugh daily from morning to night. Thanks again. We are so pleased we found Ozturk hotel. Everything has been so perfect. I am sure You will see us again next summer.

    We did not like the mangers attitude, the rooms need doing up. The bathrooms are very small and no floor mat for bathroom, management is unsuitable unless you stay at his bar and snack bar. Very clicky hotel not suitable for newcomers in my experience, same customers year after year and I didn't feel like I fitted in.

    I am so sorry to been late to leave some review here. If I not write truth here people go to Hisaronu may can not get true idea. We meet the owners 3 years ago, then we are become part of their family so we get on well with their uncle(unk), doughter and the boy who helps them. We was looking for a hotel, nice, quite, relaxing and lots of sunbed round the pool area.     The hotel is a small family run hotel and apartment complex which offers an unequalled excellence of service. The family make you feel you are in a second home with a friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble.     The rooms are basic but again everything is provided for a good holiday. Rooms are cleaned and new towels are provided daily.
    There is a bar, a shaded seating area and a small restaurant adjacent to the pool. An excellent and varied breakfast is included for those on a B and B basis and all the food is fresh and cooked to order - the omelette's are superb.     We visited this hotel before in 2005 it was great! revisited in August 2008 it was terrible, we had to move out on our 3rd week due to owner overbooking! The rooms need upgrading the owner has done 3, the lunch snacks are terrible and have no prices on! and the owners whole attitude is awful he is either falling out with holidaymakers, or wont serve them especially if you decide to go elsewhere for lunch or drinks at night (you are ok if you spend a lot of money round the bar)!     This is a family run hotel they will pick you up from airport and take you to his small guest house or his apartments. The owner is a brilliant guy and do anything to make your stay welcome even so your washing at a small price if asked to.
