Good Points: None
Bad Points: see above.
General comments: I ordered an item which is still listed as in stock, but actually wasn't.
A Matter of Fax charged my credit card anyway. I have cancelled the order but they still haven't taken the charge off my card.

I felt their advertising was misleading regarding original or compatible. Advertising says both-that's deceptive in my opinionDefective merchandise was a nightmare for me to return, took me almost a month to finally get the toner, then I had to go to the UPS location and return the box. I found it difficult to obtain a shipping label from them, they tried to get away with me having to ship the defective product back on my dime.- Read Guest's review (77 words)

You have 30 days to return an item. It took 30 days before the broken item was shipped to me. Then, when I realized it was broken, they refused my claim as the 30 days were up. Or, if it's within the 30 days, they will charge $50, or 2%, whichever is greater, to take it back.- Read Guest's review (57 words)

A Matter of Fax offer honest, fair prices and if you have a price from some other supplier they usually can beat it. The parts they can supply you are always new and unusedNever had a problem with them with 5 orders so far. They got the parts to me when promised. I strongly recommend them when you are searching for an obsolete part.- Read Guest's review (65 words)

I love using their sight to search for all my parts.
The Motorola part I received was in original packaging, and works fine, and
I was very surprised they could locate the part for me. I am using them now for all my
RFQ's. Visit them at www.icdigitalelectronics.com.- Read robpnjr's review (91 words)

I recently ordered from them a 2GB DDR PC2700 kit from them for $58.58. I received it yesterday and attempted to install the memory in my desktop PC only to find that it didn't fit in the DIMM slots. Upon closer examination I found that what they sent me was DDR2, not DDR, which has a slightly different form factor.
I called their support line and explained the situation, requesting an RMA. The script reader there said they could not accept an already opened software package. I explained ...- Read matteroffax's review (463 words)

Ordered a printer... received confirmation of order, my credit card was charged (4/10). Then, I got a strange email regarding rebates- not applicable to my order. Then, a message that they "oversold" the product - The same email indicated that they were working with the manufacturer to get more... In the meantime they kept me on 'hold' (with no printer).
I received notification of merchant refund on 4/15.
Good luck. I don't think they know how to manage inventory.- Read bluetele's review (76 words)
