    Good Points: Ok when its working and looks the part


    Bad Points: Major repairs within the first 2 years carried out under warranty-
    Now same thing again - just out of warranty


    General comments: The Neff H5430 Microwave looks good - integral fitting within the kitchen unit but has broke down now 3 times since new within 3 years.
    Each time major surgery ie Magnetron and Module relay
    Now out of warranty and useless

    During normal use, the door closing mechanism on my Neff H5430 has broken meaning the microwave cannot operate at all. Obviously not built to last. Am surprised that a basic feature that is essential to operate the device is not built to last.
