    Terrible service. Paypay is infinitely better.

    Wouldn't accept my check card or credit card. Couldn't receive text message confirmation to verify cards. Very hard to find help or FAQ info.

    Hate Moneybookers.

    ABSOLUT RIP OFF!!!

    I was paid for an item for Ebay 2 years ago and could not get the money out so of course I could not ship them the item and the money still sits there.. I did not loose anything but the person that sent the money lost $150 USD

    Terrible service my account was locked without any notice. I've spent over 20 usd on phone to call Moneybookers and they totally blow me off without giving any explanation. I sent all my documents and they still do not provide me with any info.

    Terrible service awful support. This is outrageous practically they are stealing my money and I don't know to who to turn to.

    As i write this review i am not sure if i feel stupid or naive for having to trust this moneybookers company. when i joined, less than two months ago the customer care response was swift and reliable and i had absolutely no problem withdrawing my cash.

    Suddenly, the other day i thought i should survey my account only to find it was locked along with my money.That means i can not perform any outgoing transfers. They ask me to email my identification document such as national ID,passport or dr ...

    Used Moneybookers for internet sales and they locked the account and all my hundreds of pounds in it. Months down the line and still cant get it. They keep asking for this to be signed and then copies of this and copies of that......... its a nightmare REALLY... DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT ......... Stick with Paypal.

    Moneybookers don't tell anything to you before you click "send money "
    The seller's (money receiver) account must be fully activated before the seller get cash. But they don't tell you.

    moneybookers lock the money with only sellers(receiver) email address you provided.
    The seller gave me their full bank account detail. I tried input sellers account.
    But MB say, money was sent to the seller. That's all.

    I think the costs to use moneybookers on line are astronomical. considering I asked for 10 euros of credit and was charged by moneybookers 13.48 . That is a liberty and I will not be using them again

    I would recommend moneybookers to anyone, my business has increased dramtically over the last 6 months and my conversion rate is a lot higher now than when I was using other payment providers.

    Maybe their service has improved since I started using them and I understand that ebay in the US are putting them on their site as a payment provider.

    I signed up for moneybookers so that I could send money to my parents in New Zealand. The money was uploaded from my account without a problem although the conversion amount was a lot less than I was led to believe. After a lot of hassle trying to withdraw the money for me (it took over 2 weeks of calling customer services everyday before they deposited the money). The amount withdrawn was not actually the amount I received, as they added in another conversion rate charge that you are not aware ...

    We only use MB to pay our suppliers and for us it's very useful. Plus, we can pay people living in every corner of the world. We haven't had any problems (yet) but then again, we never tried to withdraw any money.I am more than willing to put up with some extra setup hassle to have a very low cost way of sending payments to people even in countries where it is hard to send payments via US based systems (e.g. Iran).

    I sent a 30% deposit for a car advertised on Craigslist with moneybookers as the escrow holder. I followed their instructions and then was told I had to send additional 30% before they would deliver the car for inspection. I informed them this was never disclosed in the initial instructions they claimed it was a misunderstanding. I have made numerous request for the return of my deposit and now I can't get them to acknowledge or reply to my e-mails it seems. So much for a trusted, secure third p ...

    We run a B&B in Italy and wanted to receive payment from other countries. We signed up to Moneybookers and have regretted it since. We have about 1200 Euros sitting in an account and cannot withdraw the funds. Customer Services is poor and don't always respond to emails or phone calls.

    Sent money through Moneybookers for a vehicle purchase. It appeared legitimate, but 2 weeks later I am out US $5,500 and no vehicle. Can't get response from moneybookers, nor the individual to who the moneygram went to. Oh by the way, moneybookers was supposed to hold onto the moneygram until I got the vehicle as far as I am aware, inspected it for 5 days and then responded with yea or ney on whether or not to keep the vehicle. Therefore I do not recommend moneybookers.com.

    I felt Moneybooker was not secure enough to handle my funds or monetary transfer as I had no confidence with security or protection... therefore I do not recommend them.

    I personally found to many holes in the system that I was not happy with and would personally not use Moneybooker again.

    The internet is not secure or has any good security. You just have to be vigilant and cautious when dealing with money online, well I believe so.

    I never wanted to deal with them, but bought something online, the supplier refunded my money to Moneybookers.com after 2 weeks still cant get my money from Moneybookers it seems. They keep asking for security confirmations. I do not recommend moneybookers.com, in my experience they keep repeating the same instructions and I feel they are not listening to what I am saying...

    It was easy and fast to 'cash-in', but cashing out is the worst thing about the site for me. I have remaining 1203USD in my account but they will only allow me to withdraw $15.45USD the first time for verification code to be sent and printed on my statements. Up to date, the $15.45USD's still floating elsewhere and there has been no verification code sent to me yet as far as I am aware. Therefore I do not recommend Money Bookers.com
