    Good Points: It's effectively free
    About the same weight as a feather or two


    Bad Points: Plastic
    Too small
    Bad build quality


    General comments: This is the scope that comes free with Crosman's Ratcatcher rifle, and it's very easy to see why.

    Not only is the scope plastic and poorly made, but it is also too small for any situation. 15mm is just too small for any scope - you're far better off using open sights, unless you don't have any - which is the only reason why I was stuck with this scope for about a year on my vintage BSA Mercury.

    I have given this scope an overall rating of 4, because it comes free with the Ratcatcher, and because (down to the fact that it's plastic) it won't weigh you down.

    Not recommended unless as a replacement for open sights (in the case that they fell off and you're awaiting new ones).
