    Bad Points: see below


    General comments: Food absolutely dreadful. Have had better airline meals. No atmosphere. Staff miserable and grumpy. Drink prices astronomical. When sold a dodgy pint of Boddingtons, didn't even get a sorry. Throughout the meal, played Xmas songs but mainly the sad ones and at full blast making conversation impossible. Not only have they put me off going to the Hilton Leeds, I would never stay in one of the Hiltons.

    The only good part was the room and the bar staff were lovely to talk to and very helpful.

    I was incredibly disappointed with this. I use Hilton Hotels a fair amount on business but this was just stressful. No one to help at breakfast, no spare tables were laid, the food was not up to the usual standard.

    I would not even go back when they offered me a suite as compensation.
