    Visited with 8 others in October 09 for a meal and choosing off specials board were charged £2 extra each for eating in resturant where the service was apalling. Be careful of hidden charges. Food when arrived was good althought the experience of extra charges left a bad taste. Will visit Old Hall Inn next time.

    The The Old White Lion Hotel is a very old pub/hotel in the heart of the village. Food is OK and relatively cheap, but nothing to write home about. It has a separate restaurant, but the pub side lacks atmosphere somehow despite its old world design.
