    checked out most of central london for my dream dress,and found it local to me,the staff there really friendly and helpful,i would highly reccomend bellissima weddings,it was an experience of a lifetime.

    I purchased my dress from Bellissima Weddings in South Woodham Ferrers for my wedding in Dec 08. I cannnot speak highly enough of them. From the moment I walked into to the shop to collecting my dress the service was faultless. When looking for my dress I visited over 10 bridal shops & can honestly say that Bellissima have the best selection of the most beautiful dress, amazingly helpful, friendly & patient staff & the shop is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I brought my dress from Bellissima Weddings after trying so many on before i knew that i had found my perfect dress. Great shop, great staff, great choice.
    Helpful staff who knew their trade and really understood the needs of a rather neurotic bride to be! However at no time did i find the staff pushy or that they pressurised me in to making any decisions which was great.Great choice of dresses and accessories.
    Shop policy disallowed photos in the shop. i understand why however disappointing as ...

    I visited Bellissima weddings after being recommended it by so many people and i felt i had to write to and tell all brides to be out there, about the fantastic time i had there. The dresses are amazing, and so many of them in every style you can imagine. The shop is set out beautifully in sections, with the styles of dresses, so you don't have to look through.     I have just purchased my dress from Bellissima Weddings.The shop is 1st class as are the staff!I could not fault anything about the shop staff and whole experience.And what a fantastic experience it was.After my sister dragging me around the whole of Essex and part of London there is no other shop that even comes close to Bellissima Weddings standards.Everyone must go to Bellissima and see for themselves.1st class dresses 1st Class shop and 1st class staff,1st class experience!

    I went to Bellissima Weddings for my first time at bridal shopping. And I couldn't have been more thrilled with the service, how beautiful their dress samples were and what good condition they were in. It can be quite a daunting feeling walking into a shop and straight away I felt at ease.     The Bellissima Weddings shop itself is beautifully appointed and very accessible with adequate car parking close by.
    The interior is a wonderland of beautiful gowns over a wide price range and every care was taken to ensure my gown, shoes, and even underwear fitted perfectly.
    Selection and fittings were made around my time schedule which sometimes were late evenings.

    If a shop doesn't have the dress you want to try on or has sold the original sample dress you tried on not allowing you a second try on my advice would be to go to a shop that has it in stock!

    An excellent service provided by professional and competent staff. All staff no matter how young have a vast array of knowledge when it comes do specifying appropriate dress shapes for your figure. Very highly recommended!

    I visited Bellissima as they stocked the shoes I had been looking for. The shop is beautiful with plenty of space and an amazing display of dresses and accessories. They staff were all helpful and very friendly. Not only did i buy my shoes there but also my bridesmaid tiara's. Everything arrived within the quoted time and were perfect. It was a lovely experience shopping there.

    I went to Belissima Weddings in South Woodham Ferrers after being a victim of Essex Occasions. I "popped" in briefly on my own one Saturday, and they were really busy, but the owner still stopped whatever she was doing and helped me look at the dresses. I was determined to go back, which I did, and I ordered a fantastic Ian Stuart dress.

    All the staff are lovely, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and really make you feel that you are their only customer.

    I was very anxious, as I had a horrible experience at another shop the week before, and someone suggested Bellissima, as they had an excellent experience with them. I had no idea what I was looking for, but the assistant showed me at least 9 dresses which she said would suit me and my body shape. I desperately wanted a strapless dress, and I was told in another shop that I couldn't get away with it, as my boobs were too big.     From the moment I walked into the shop, an assistant was there to greet me with a friendly smile, which instantly put me at ease. I tried on several dresses, all of which were beautiful. I never felt rushed by the assistant; if anything I felt that a friend was helping me try on the dresses. The atmosphere at Bellissima Weddings in South Woodham Ferrers was very welcoming and comforting, as trying on lots of dresses to find "the one" can be very daunting.     I was informed about them by a friend, as they stocked Ian Stuart dresses. When I rang for an appointment, the lady was very helpful, as I informed them my wedding was quite soon, and I was worried I did not have enough time to find my dress. I was told I had more than enough time, and Bellissima Weddings would do their best to help me.     I have recommended all of my girlfriends to go there; even random girls that I have met at other weddings to go there! It truly is worth the visit! I have gone to pretty much every shop in the Essex county, and Bellissima Weddings is, without fail, the best shop!

    Please put this shop on your "must visit" list before making your mind up on one of the biggest decision you are ever going to make... It will be totally worth it!!

    I visited Bellissima Weddings on a Saturday, which seems generally the worst day to visit any bridal shop. So maybe I just caught the assistant on an off day. I selected 8 or 9 dresses to try on, and was able to do so straight away, which was good. However, the assistant helping me gave me their standard wedding shoes to put on after I had put the first dress on. Due to the boning and swathes of netting I found it very difficult to bend over and put the shoes on - they were sandals with two larg ...
