“Recycling problems spoil this great gun”

First the finish on the action flacked off & this was replaced FOC by GMK [Thanks !!] Always has a recycling problem, altho many reviews mention this GMK & Beretta seem unaware of the extent ? I have found that the carrier seems to get off centre & the gun requires a good lubricant, this certainly helps. Most annoying prob on what is a great gun. (read more)

Most important comment must be the exceptional help and service I have had from GMK {Beretta Importer]. No charge was made even though gun was not under any official warranty. The cycling problem was a nuisance but thorough cleaning,careful oiling and over 4000 cartridges have improved matters. The gun is very cartridge-sensitive and trial and error pays off. I have kept a record of which brands work best. Surprisingly some 21 gm. loads proved to be very reliable- with virtually no recoil. ... (read more)

I have 3 berettas and realy look after my guns, clean after every shoot without fail, but nickel plating all lifting realy looks bad, told by friend that there was a call back on all teknys that this happened, but try to contact someone, dont think you will get an answer. Still think beretta are the best gun makers, there is one there to suit everyone, but very sad over bad job on nickel plating, hope to be able to take it out again someday, kieran. (read more)

Excellent product. Cycled without flaw everything I have thrown in it. The feel, fit and finish are excellent. This shotgun is going to compete very well with my O/U. Look at the internals and you easily realize why the price is so high. Everything is first rate. (read more)

This is a superb clay shooting machine [although mine is used for vermin control also] Ultra reliable and very comfortable to shoot.Excellent build quality as to be expected from Beretta.This is my 3rd AL391 but my first 'sporting model' -all have been excellent.With the Optima choke system the Tecknys has the most even patterns I have seen.Highly Recommended!
