We absolutely love this campsite!! We have just been for a nice long weekend and had the best time - so good in fact were back again for the next bank holiday!! The area is brilliant, and the walks from the campsite through Corfe common into Corfe Castle are beautiful. The great thing about the campsite is the nature, the views, and the fact that you are left to your own devices - there isn't a 'warden' checking up on what you are doing like some campsites, you really feel at home. The only one thing I would say is that there are no recycling facilities, and I feel there should be, but apart from that 10/10!!!!!

Woodhyde is a wonderful campsite in the village of Corfe Castle with three separate fields, one of which has a characteristic steam train line through it. Don't worry, they only come through in the middle of the day and even then not overly often. The shop sells everything from the standard gas canisters and food to walking sticks and hiking knifes. The owners are friendly and always available to help. Always able to get a good nights sleep there but if you want to make a bit more noise you can ...
