Good Points: Comfortable and stylish car, really good performance from a car of this age probably due to previous owners maintenance, still turning heads on the high street this would be due to the colour (bright yellow), highly reliable and not to costly to replace parts or service and maintain the car.
Bad Points: Some of the lacquer has started to wear and paint is fading. Only recently having intermittent problems with ABS system, not mechanical just the warning light often appears but soon fades. Electric mirrors get sticky and refuse to move often requiring a gentle nudge by hand to get them moving. Leather interior is starting to look a little tired.
General comments: Having bought this car just over two years ago, the car was converted to run on L.P.G (Liquid Propane Gas) which in itself has been a real benefit in terms of running cost (around £0.45 pence per litre compared to £0.90+ pence per litre for unleaded petrol). Although the miles per gallon are equal on either fuel there is a slight loss in power using the LPG.
Overall this has been a FANTASTIC car needing very little mechanical maintenance and has served the purpose it was purchased for, great value for money. (you should buy one!).

It is also a very good idea to have the water pump changed at the same time as the cam belt seeing as the water pump is driven by the cam belt, and if the pump seizes up it could cost hundreds instead of just an extra £30-£40 at the same t ...

The Vauxhall Calibra 16v is a very stylish car this car dosen't look at all bad for its age. It was very well equipped and has some serious bhp from the standard block. I think this is a stunnig looking car & the car very rarely gives you problems if you look after it.
