Good Points: Ultimate penetration, no dirty fingers, look good, feel good, stay perfectly in shape after shot
Bad Points: Terrible accuracy at medium-long distances on my Gamo rifles
General comments: These pellets are really works of art, they look good, feel good and are all exactly the same. When I shoot these from my new Gamo Whisper X, they go right through 1 inch plywood, they penetrate better than any pellet i've tried, and stay perfectly in shape. Even the used pellet shoots right through the wood again. The Gamo PBA Raptors come quite close to the Paragons penetration, but with a supersonic bang.
The only downside is the terrible accuracy. With my lead pellets, I can hit the 11 or 12 mark on my 14x14cm targets consistently at 20 meters, but with these, I just randomly hit the target paper. They really fly all over the place, this is not what I expected from these beauties.
So for long distance shots, they are rubbish, but for penetration and fun, they're the best.
If they were accurate, I would use nothing else.

But the results were so good that I was minded to recall a piece of advice I was given by an old man years ago. " Believe now't you hear and only half of what you see."Well I have heard the sceptics who pull the Z1's down, but I have seen the truth for myself and even if I only believe half of it I am more than satis ...
