    The bike is fun to ride when they work!

    However, too many problems with the Viva Motors Roadster 250cc which could be corrected if the experienced technicians would call back to answer a few basic questions, before the consumer has to spend large sums of money for repair. I might have bought other scooter if the company would have gotten back to me.

    Customer service is always a problem, they never get back to you regarding questions or repair options. NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

    Viva Motors Roadster priced right. Exciting to operate has a lot of nice features. Very stylish. Because of no reliabilty and dealer has yet to correct problem going on 3 months now and the warranty is only 6 months I would not recommend to buy.

    This is a less expensive scooter so you must inspect it from top to bottom and that takes about 4 hours. When I received my scoot the first thing I did was remove all the body panels and did a front to back inspection of everything. All I found was one loose bolt and one loose wire. I drained the oil and cleaned the screen and replaced with Valvoline 10w40 conventional oil. I drained the antifreeze and replaced with Prestone 50/50 for aluminum radiators.     The Viva Motors Roadster is big fun on a budget, but it helps to be a mechanic to make sure you maintain it correctly and carefully.
