Good Points: Fun Fun Fun...Extremely stable. Confidence inspiring and comfortable. The upright seating position seems to have no effect on its sportbike ability yet is all day comfortable. Great suspension! Plenty of power and great gas mileage.
A Full size light weight bike..Great motor. Great transmission. Great view from the seat.
    Looks?
You do eventually love its looks!

Bad Points: Multistrada means all roads yet this bike has No rear fender (I've since installed one). Also a sad form over function excuse of a front fender. (extender available) I hope you like cleaning.
Taken on anything but a well groomed dirt road is out of the question.
Not a true Adventure Tour Bike but it WILL take you down that unplanned dirt road if it should turn into one.
    Image.
In spite of the numbers showing track time just a little slower or if you will, almost as fast as the 1000cc everyone still wonders why you bought the beginners bike instead of the manly 1000cc or 1100cc.
Too tall for those under 5'9".

General comments: Ok so with the Ducati Multistrada 620 I thought I was buying an Adventure tourer, and I was wrong.
I still look forward to every ride.
Honestly, Ducati isn't misleading anyone. They named it Multistrada meaning many roads, not all roads. It gives the impression it is an adventure Tourer being tall with wide handlebars and luggage options but really it is a comfy sport tourer that can handle many roads. And many roads I've traveled. Fantastic on not so perfect back roads, very smooth on the hi-way and semi capable on packed dirt. Also you can embarrass sportbikes in the twisties.
Power has never left me wanting in spite of it's claimed 60 hp. Ducati has a gem of a Vee twin seems to give you more tourque all over the rpm band that leaves an impression that there is more HP there than the numbers would suggest. Throttle it and it goes, downshift and it goes faster. All around a very comfortable accommodating bike.
