    Good Points: Apartments spacious and clean. Pool area clean.


    Bad Points: Don't think it'd be suitable for families as loud noise at night. Couldn't see any security on complex.


    General comments: Partner and I just returned from Los Peces Apartments July 08 and found the apartments not suitable for families, with loud parties going on most nights and no apparent security on the complex and no life guard from what I could see.
