I forgot to mention my tip for storing your Crosman Pelgun Oil after you use it for the very first time. Apparently many users complained about the Pelgun Oil leaking all over the place once they open the tube. But I have a solution: make yourself a plastic `gasket' using an ordinary plastic bag! Check this out: (1) find yourself an empty medicine pill bottle that measures about the same length as your tube of Crosman Pelgun Oil. Look for as narrow a medicine pill bottle as possible. ... I read about the many virtues of Crosman Pelgun Oil in lots of airgun-related forums in recent times. Almost everybody agreed that Crosman Pelgun Oil rejuvenated their older model Crosmans, Benjamins, and Sheridan pump and CO2 rifles and pistols. Along this line, the consensus was: "You must follow the instructions in your owner's handbook for lubing your airgun. Furthermore, DO NOT USE on spring-piston rifles or pistols!" I got a bottle from Crawfords in Scunny other day, a few drops on 100 or so pellets and a good shake and see the difference, it's like magic, more power too! (read more)
