The diablo 600, is the king of tents in my opinion,on a recent expedition to devon our tent was the envy of my friends, mainly due to its large porch area, yes it can be a bit of a chore to erect but it gets easier the more times you do it,but that is the only downside to it,two large bedrooms easily hold double airbeds with room to spare, and a large living space, and a nice big porch area for all the cooking,it withstood some serious heavy rain and was a 100% dry inside due to sealed groundsheet(which my freinds did not have). a serious tent for serious campers.

I have camped for many years. Now 56 in all. This tent is fantabulous. Great space - bedrooms, porch (trailer and all when needed) as well as massive living area. Only one drawback is the time to pitch it. Once it's up, it is the bestist tent ever even against wind and rain.
If I was starting again, I would buy the same one, Diablo 600.
Vango pay a lot of attention to detail. I still have and use a Vango Force 10, which is 41 years old. Do you hear that VANGO, 41 years old. Impressive or what?

we have used the tent once before but then it was hot and sunny no winds.this time albeit for a short weekend we tried for 4 hrs to put it ip in warm sunny but extremely gusty wind conditions .others on site in st.davids did help but we had to abandon our trip and failed as the winds were too strong.apart from that we love the tent its strong, roomy and a real good looker whe its up

Been out 6 times this year & still in perfect condition. Even though one of the times it was erected in 35mph winds with heavy rain. Was sure it would tear but was proved wrong! Sturdy in wind & have had no leaks. No condensation inside at all.
Living space is good size & second pole in bedrooms allows for standing space. Porch easily fits our camping kitchen & 2 chairs. Enough room for us, 2 energetic boys & then some.
Erecting was easy after watching demo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V59bcFtiFFM although takes time due to tying & cliping outer sheet.

Vango Diablo 600 is a fantastic product, compact in stowage, huge when erected. Well ventilated and cool in hot weather, keeps the wind out when required.
Very easy to erect but takes time due to size and shape of parts, two people make it easy, three make it simple.
Sleeping areas big enough for extra adult ( or 2 children) each and common area large enough to cope with any number of activities.

Love the Diablo 600, i have read some bad reviews aboyut vango lately , but i have no idea about that, i used the tent in strong winds and heavy rain, and it stood up to the test, plenty of room, large living area.
I found it at www.newquaycampingshop.co.uk they had it at a reat price and the staff were super friendly.

Vango Diablo 600 is an excellent family tent, survived a flooding incident when others failed. Stayed very dry even during serious rain. Large living space, and decent bedrooms. High waterproof seal around ground sheet prevents water entry.

I bought the Vango Diablo 600 Tent for the duel purpose of both festivals (as I need the space) and for family camping trips. It is very easy to put up, but all tents are these days and it has the added advantage of being able to erect the outside up first so the inner shell doesn't get wet (I mean we are talking about the British Summer here) as this was an important factor.
Another thing that was important in our decision was the size of the porch and no I am not keeping up with the Jones' but as it always seems to rain when I go camping it is important that we have an area to get changed out of our wet clothes before we go into the dry tent and a porch fits the bill, also on those rainy days a good sized porch allows you to sit in it and not get wet.
Overall it is a large tent which is easy to erect and easy to put away and even comes with it's own tent repair kit if you ever need it. Only downside is the £250 price tag but as I go camping a lot it will so pay for itself so I am not to worried about the price.

Can endorse all that has been said. Excellent tent which withstood 3 days of Atlantic winds on exposed site. Felt stable and secure although it is a bit of a job to erect and definitely a 2 man job. Wind and rain proof and dry all the time. Good zips and the dark inner sleeping covers did their job admirably. We are only two persons using this so it is fairly spacious but would be cramped with 6 inside.
