    Good Points: Staff were more than helpful to when I purchased a 18ct diamond dress ring which they handmade. I received a photographic valuation with my purchase it was gift wrapped and my experience with Sonar was delightful.


    Bad Points: I could not fault their service or the manufactured article.
    There are no bad points.


    General comments: The shop is only small but well laid out.
    Their stock is unusual and not in every other shop.
    The product knowledge is the best i have ever been given.
    The staff are always happy and willing to help in way possible.

    I purchased an 18 Carrot White Gold Omega Chain from Sonar Laboratories Pty Ltd. They blamed me for the breaking of the chain. They said I did not look after it, and they made no attempt to rectify the situation with me.

    I have purchased a lot of jewellery in many different countries, and I have found the experience with Sonar Laboratories in Brisbane Qld Australia to be the worst experience I have had in my life when buying jewellery.

    There is no customer service, and they took no respon ...
