Good Points: Light weight, picture quality, windows Vista operating system, connects to other hardware automatically: printers wireless internet etc.
Bad Points: Key come loose on key board and another is sticking after only a few weeks use.
General comments: Wow computers have improved. My last hp 4000 series I thought was good but this one is far superior in terms of performance as it never over heats the screen quality is a vast improvement and you can spend all day on it with no problems like it getting stuck all the time.
I bought mine from hp direct with a three year guarantee at an additional cost of £160 it is a pick up and return to home address arrangement not the return too base set up.
All the spec is of the top quality be careful as the same model number computer can have a different spec so do not assume anything in the computer industry. Windows Vista is a must the same model can come with XP. Make sure you have the highest number for each item soft ware installed.
At around £750 all in; delivery is extra it is very good value and has enough enough software for me to download music, watch streaming of video and word process as it has Microsoft Works fitted as Abode acrobat and media player.
Upgrading you older computer is really recommended even if it is only two or three years old as the improvement is astonishing.
