Good Points: They were one of the original providers but as far as I am aware their current technology is well behind the current status of IP development.

Bad Points: In my opinion their behavior is disgusting.

General comments: They was porting my phone number to a new provider back in 10/07. It took approximately 11 weeks before they finally relented in doing so. They actually sent the number to a 3rd part provider and my current IP provider spent considerable time and effort tracking this down and eventually getting the number assigned to my provider.
Further, they have continued to bill me although the initial request for porting was begun on 10/13/07! I just received my credit card statement with them again, billing me for the current "use".
I think Datanet www.data.net.uk technology is well behind the curve vs my present provider c the availability of enhanced 911 as well as the voice system which doesn't continually (actually doesn't break up at all) break up as did USADATANET's.
I wouldn't consider returning and surely not recommending their use by anyone.
