    Good Points: Staff at motorcycle desk seem are passionate about bikes and seem to know their stuff.


    Bad Points: I think that their motorcycle mechanics are secretely monkeys!


    General comments: I'm not going to go on here but.... everytime I take my bike to Honda Chiswick for a service, it comes back with a problem. This has happened more times that I care to mention. I have spoken to other people who have used them in the past and their stories are only too familiar... they no longer go there.
    Only reason I have kept going back is because of their loan bikes - In the long run, this has been a false economy given that I have to keep going back to fix stuff that haven't been done properly in the first place. Besides, quite a few other garages now also offer loan bikes.
    Overall am very dissapointed, which is a shame given that the front office staff are so nice.

    Upon entering the dealership I was welcomed by a nice friendly receptionest who introduced me to a member of sales.
    after talking to the salesman I decided on the new hornet. I was walked through the whole process with a very polite and proffessional attitude,
    The only problem with the whole deal was I was kept waiting by a staff member who had to "ok" the collection and after 25 mins waiting for him he tried to sell me extended warrentees like I was buying a TV!

    I have 3 motorbikes and a car that I take to Chiswick Honda, they always give me good service and are very flexible when collection or dropping off the FREE loan bike. In reality they are no more expensive than any other dealer who gives a similiar service. I will buy more Honda and take them back to Chiswick.

    I took my Honda Trasalp to the 'award winning' Chiswick Honda for a full service, new tires and a new indicator cover. I informed the service desk that I would need a loan bike at the time of my booking and also explained that I was taking my bike on a trip across Europe in a few weeks.

    When I dropped my bike off they hadn't got a loan bike for me, having failed to book one for me, and I needed to take a scooter instead, which was irritating but OK.

    I also had a bad experience at Honda Chiswick. I tried to buy a scooter there at one point & wanted to organize a loan through them for the bike. I'd only been in the country 2 years at the time & asked if I would have difficulty obtaining a loan because of this. They assured me it would be absolutely no problem & pushed ahead with the sale.     Nasty Experience, stay away! I have bought my Honda FES 125 "Pantheon" from Chiswick Honda, London W4 in December 2005 and all the relevant maintenance services have been performed by them. On the 15/05/2006 I have taken the bike for the 5000mls scheduled service and to my surprise I have notice a big discrepancy in labor costs charged from my previous service (2500mls) and this one.     Steer clear of the people at Chiswick Honda, London W4. I am thoroughly disgusted with the attitude of the staff at Chiswick Honda, London W4, because they are only after your money and I am taking my custom elsewhere.
    My Engine cuts out suddenly without warning on cold and wet mornings - owner's manual had no information on what to do and what can potentially happen when riding in the cold and wet.
