We flew with Jet-airways 28th August. 2014, we had heard really bad reports. We had a great flight from LHR to Mumbai, then on to Singapore, the cabin crew we very polite and very helpful, plenty of drinks, food was very good, but did get a bit fed up with curry 3 times in one day!!! The flights were on time, aircrafts were very clean and we had plenty of leg room as pre booked seats ( at no extra cost!!) would fly with Jet airways again and will recommend!!

After reading some bad reviews I was was a bit worried about flying with the Airline,(we flew LHR-Delhi-Katmandu,return,) but what a surprise, it was wonderful, the check in was straight forward and prompt, the Aircraft was clean,meals were lovely,in flight entertainment was really good, the staff very helpful and polite,flights left on time,would definitely travel on Jet Airways again and recommend to friends and family.

jet airways is the best airline i would want to be a pilot for and it is fantastic and liveful.

on thursday i was traveling from del 2 bom in b777-300er we first ask about status the plan wazzz delay i wazz sad bi they were sending another flight so i was happy

on the airport- we were standing on the line for a lil bit of time after the ticketing she told that it wazz eco bt we bot an ecu so they allowed us

in the flight-the flight wazznt full so me nd my dad came .by the way my dad worked with airindia
so we sat the air hostess was kind and allowed me 2 change my seat also
i liked their thing very tasty food staff were kind at landing i felt sad 2 leave the aircraft .

my luks- i would suggest abt this 2 my frnds as the service work is awesom

The service is outstanding. Jet is as least as good as Virgin Atlantic. I would not hesitate flying with Jet again. Top quality food and drinks.

Heathrow check in at T4 doesn't appear to have fast track for Business class but apart from that, the overall experience is as near perfect as you can get.

Persoanally, I feel Cathay Pacific offer the most pathetic service of all the airlines I have flown. I am surprised they haven't folded given how bad they are.

I like Jet Airways very much, especially their international flights. in my experience till now the best airline. I have traveled on their flights from Mumbai to EWR as well as from Madrid to Mumbai (Madrid to Brussels operated by Brussels airline) and everytime the flying experience has been delightful. Keep it up Jetairways!
