    Do not even consider flying with Jet Airways. We were transferred to JetLite (the low-cost airline) despite booking with Jet itself (supposedly a full-service airline). When we turned up for check-in, we were denied boarding because the flight was over-booked and JetLite gave priority to those who had initially booked with them- even those who turned up much later than we had. Neither Jet nor JetLite staff cared about the inconvenience they had caused and no one even issued a simple apology. We were forced to take a flight scheduled 3 hours after ours, which was then delayed by 2 hours, making us 5 hours late. After repeated customer demands (there were lots of us in the same position), we were finally provided with a very small carton of juice and a coleslaw sandwich (no choice!). No compensation was offered.

    Overall, I think the customer service was disgusting and I would recommend avoiding the Jet group at all costs- you don't want to spend a full day of your holiday on a one hour flight!!

    I used Jet Airways in November 2009 from London to Mumbai. I found the staff helpful and polite. Check-in was quick and the gate procedure was clear and we were kept informed. The flight was eight and a bit hours. The food was very good with linen and real cutlery. The cabin crew worked hard to keep us happy. Videos were a decent selection. For me it was the legroom! I think it is similar to BA premium economy. At the far end debarkation was quick and luggage no longer than at a European airport ...

    I like Jet Airways very much, especially their international flights. in my experience till now the best airline. I have traveled on their flights from Mumbai to EWR as well as from Madrid to Mumbai (Madrid to Brussels operated by Brussels airline) and everytime the flying experience has been delightful. Keep it up Jetairways!

    I am a group booking customer.I have been calling the customer care daily for the last 3-4 days. I am not able to get a ticket back home., just because i have a group booking does that mean i have to wait indefinitely for my travel back to india. I swear to GOD i am never going to recommend travelling in jet to anybody i know. Jet truly suck.     Jet Airways is by for the best airline I have ever been on. I traveled from London to Delhi economy class. The flight, meals, entertainment, staff, service were all excellent. I will definitetly travel with the airline again and I will recommend anyone that is wanting to go to Delhi to travel on this route. The price is a little expensive but it is worth every minute.

    Jet airways provided good check in helpful staff we had one traveller in wheelchair, service very good in flight entertainment good.
    given menu on board plane gave our choices when food arrived told only vegetarian available. we had 4 meals from London to Mumbai & Mumbai to Bangkok this happened every time. when we complained we didn't get much response. same happened on return flights.

    I thought that Jet Airways was very good... it really had that great Indian touch. I had travelled a lot in those two days and the flight before (Not Jet Airways) was late in London so the next flight got cancelled etc... anyways I had to go from Mumbai to Hyderabad in Jet airways and it was too good.

    Easy and efficient check-in, took off on time. Turned into a nightmare thereafter since flight was turned back due to engine failure. Real cause was not ever made known to passengers, only found out since it made the local news reports on TV. No official announcements made, felt that all throughout, a vague and casual approach was exhibited. Reasons given - technical problem/fuel-gauge problem.

    I flew twice once from London to Mumbai and another time from JFK to Mumbai. They have new airplanes, which makes me secure at least its not old and won't have technical snag.Seats are very spacious, on flight entertainment wasn't very good....very boring choice of movies. Food was good. Air hostess were helpful but as I said they were still amateurish. I had problems with my entertainment remote and the air hostess didn't know where the plug or switch was....Not a bad option..at least 50 times ...

    I have 6 month old twins and I recently had to travel to India. I tried the new jetairways flight ewr-brussels-bom up to cochin(to&fro). The onward journey was ok (since the plane was not at all full) but the return trip was horrific. While booking our tickets we had especially requested for bassinet seats to and fro. We got those seats onward from ewr(as the plane was quite empty) but on the way back we weren't given bassinet seats even when we had already requested bassinet seats, to make matt ...

    Poor service. My request for gluten-free meal was not fulfilled. When I asked for my food, I was told that they forgot to fulfill the request. As a result, I did not get any food for whole flight from India to New York. Not only this, Customer service is pathetic. I bought K class ticket which implies I could change the travel date once without any charges. When I tried to change the date, I was given run around by customer service people.     I like Jet Airways very much.. and you can imagine this from my four journeys with jet airways from London to Delhi in two years and fifth one booked in January even when cheap ticket available on some other airlines.
    I give 10 out of 10 marks for food, entertainment and just 8 marks for service because I think it needs slightly more improvement.
    There is no online check-in or seat booking available for international travellers as provided by Virgin airways..and I always consider at least 1 to ...

    I, along with many other passengers, was transferred onto a Jet Airways flight after another airline flight was cancelled, for this reason the Jet Airways flight was delayed. I have to admit though I much preferred this airline, the in flight entertainment was excellent, with a choice of over 50 movies and numerous programmes and music to listen to. I normally am not a fan of airline food but there was nothing on the menu that I didn't like, which really is saying something for me!

    Based in Melbourne, I booked tickets online at JetAirways for BKK-CCU-BKK sector and due to the error of Jetairways online booking system, which didn't confirm the first booking, ended up with duplicate booking for the same sector. My credit card was charged Rs. 29,053.00 twice.
