    Good Points: Great machine

    Bad Points: Slightly noisy.

General comments: The Tecnik TKL9260 is a bit noisy but has worked hard for 3 years - about 10 times a week. I haven't had any problems with it. The soap drawer broke after 2 years but it's been opened and closed 1000 times so that's fair enough. The soap drawer leaked even before that so I have a rusty spot but its built in so that doesn't matter. I would recommend the machine.

After having the Tecnik TKL9260 machine for a week the seal completely disintegrated. It was repaired and the seal replaced. 3 months later the same problem happened and when the engineer came I advised I would not accept a repair I wanted my money back. The first engineer actually advised me that these machines were rubbish and most people replace them after the 12 months warrenty expires!! A report was sent away and then another (supposedly senior engineer) came out. He thought he was there to ...

I only had the Tecnik TKL9260 washing machine for 5 months before my problems started. It developed a leak. The engineer came out and said that it was from the soap drawer, but I knew it came from the bottom of the machine. Then about 2 months down the line the door wouldn't open so he came again. The wiring inside had blown. Next month the same thing happened, and the next month. Now, nearly 18 months later, because of the leak, it has actually blown something in the door and is not repla ...
