Good Points: Great looking watch, fine 32-jewel automatic movement, day/night indicator.
Bad Points: Hollow end links in band
General comments: This is a great watch for the money. To get an automatic watch of this quality for around $200 is unheard of. This watch is far superior to any automatic in it's price range. It also has a very cool feature - a day/night indicator that comes in handy for soldiers on submarines, which is who this watch was originally designed for. A hollow back exposes an excellent 32-jewel automatic movement, as well as the number of the series (3,000 of each model was made - again unheard of in this price range).
My only beef are the hollow end links in the band, but for $200 and all of the other features, this is a minor beef.
If you have been searching for a great-looking automatic watch but didn't want to spend thousands, this is the best watch you can find. Congratulations Vostok Europe for making an awesome watch that is affordable.
