    MY experience of woolwich home insurance - The worst Insurance company I have ever dealt with. They take no reponsibility at all. Without going into to much detail Aspera ( the company they use to handle the claims)are just as bad the staff are not helpful, and have very bad attitudes. They are more interested in saving their own backs than dealing honestly with a claim. They cut corners and then say it is your fault. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Two years later, and I am still reeling from the shock of how good an insurance company Woolwich Home Insurance were.

    I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Good service at a time like that was invaluable.
