    Good Points: Undercut several others.


    Bad Points: Strange Company structure, involving local agents. Not members of British Insurer's Association (could be important when claims procedures aren't followed).


    General comments: Our local Coop Home Insurance agent sounded as if he operated from his bed! Later, I found I was without any cover at all as he'd disappeared and so had his records. Local office completely uninterested either in my situation, or getting further business.
