    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: Rarely seem to answer the phone, I can't leave a message. They all tell you different things and then criticise their colleagues.


    General comments: Needless to say they turned down a claim I had. Even after 15 years of no claims they weren't willing to believe me when there was even the slightest chance that they could exclude me from my claim.

    I'm insured fully comp with MMA Car Insurance and had an accident that was not my fault. the other party admitted fault- should be very simple, well not!
    I had to pay the excess but i was not told this until i tried to get my car back! the reason was that they had to get the money back from the other party's insurance company. Now they will not send me a copy of my no claims discount or allow me to cancel my policy with them with out huge charges, MMA's cancelation fee is £50! I cannot ca ...
