    Terrible company! My car was stolen and recover by the police with some very minor damage. 3 weeks later and Markerstudy have still yet to authorised repairs leaving me car less (and as my car is my business unemployed!).

    Very poor customer care, they never return phone calls and seemed completely uninterested in my plight. (That is until I brought in the Financial Ombudsman.)

    My advice is DO NOT, under any circumstances part with your hard earned cash with this lot.

    Would not recommend Markerstudy Car Insurance to anyone. Hard to contact refuse to deal with 3rd party insurance policies during the weekend saying they would only be able to help mon- fri 9-5. Do not reply to emails. Then they did not act on my behalf have instead provided my personal details to a 3rd party who then rang me up telling me to be dishonest and say that i was injured. They also called my witnesses telling them to lie.

    Markerstudy Car Insurance are an absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Rude, unhelpful, do not return telephone calls that is up and until you threaten legal action against them. They use a couple of engineers to inspect the vehicle should you have a complaint about their repair garages shoddy workmanship. Unfortunately the so called independent engineers find it very difficult to inspect beneath the vehicle, quite possible due to their age.

    Cheap but found out today that I am NOT on MIB system and therefore cannot tax my car! Going to play hell with broker tomorrow!!! Cowboys me thinks!!!

    I found the staff at Markerstudy Car Insurance to be rude, unhelpful and have a "couldn't care less" attitude
    I believe I found the staff at Markerstudy Car Insurance to be the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Certainly no recommendation and I wont be renewing my policy.

    Very disappointing customer service. I found them very difficult to contact. No extras offered. You get what you pay for! I have an ongoing claim with this company which should have been settled instantly, as the other driver was at fault. However it takes them on average 2-4 weeks to reply to me.

    Would not go with this insurance company again, no explanations for anything, seemed to be going around in circles. Cancellation proves to be very expensive.
