    Good Points: Washes pretty good.


    Bad Points: Poor dryer that broke after 18 months.


    General comments: First the dryer and now the washer on my Servis M9713S has gone too, after 3 years! I wouldn't have another and repairs wise have been told over 100 quid to repair it, I wouldn't spend another 50 quid on it to be honest!

    My first Servis M9713S broke within 9 months, the element shattered and service had to order the part from france. 6 weeks later after many phone calls and still no part, they eventually replaced the machine. 15 months later and 4 call outs to repair the machine it eventually gave up. The bearings went, as did the motor, the pump and the heating element, oh and the dryer gave up drying.
    Luckily I had additional insurance on the machine which the insurance company are now replacing with a Zanuss ...

    My Servis M9713S has been out of order for 8 weeks now and Servis cannot supply the parts - how ridiculous. I am now going to get another brand of washing machine wouldn't have another servis even if it was given to me.
