    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Many


    General comments: If you like spending hours on the phone trying to contact a customer service department to no avail. You like paying over the odds for a extremely noisy washing machine that takes twice as long as it says it will take to complete a wash programme. You really look forward to the utter indifference of the visiting repair engineers (you will see many !). You appreciate poorly finished, shoddy goods then any SERVIS washing machine should fulfill your dream !
    My advice, sit down and tear up £20 notes .........it's more fun!

    I recently purchased a servis machine, brand new! Waited week patiently for delivery.
    Instruction recommended doing a test wash to remove any grease left from assembly.
    I followed these instructions and was horrified to see machine leaking water. (100% sure not from connections).
    Quickly phoned servis thinking that since machine was 1 hour old they would be quick to rectify problem. Wrong!
    It would take 1 week + for repair. REPAIR??? I paid for new working machine not faulty machine. ...

    Servis 6160W - Since January 2004 I have had 3 Servis washing machines replaced (model 6160W)
    I would NEVER recommend this product to anybody.
    I have had bearings go on a machine 6 weeks old, circuit boards blow up, and water leaks.
    I would go as far to say this is the worst product I have ever bought.
    This company's after sales also leaves a lot to be desired.
    Terrible product, terrible service, DO NOT BUY.
