i have had a contract phone with you since Jan and i was on the cash back system because i already had a o2 contract.i have had many problems with this contract and its still going on.You told me that i would recieve a full refund by 27th September and i have not got a penny.This bill has now gone to moorcroft debt collection a bill that i dont even owe.This is bad Trading standards.I had tried calling your company many times and now the phone is disconected how conveniant.

Mobile 4 Free Contacted me and offered a new three contract. Sounded okay, except:
1) Offered to pay up on last three months of existing contract, this is a lie as they have never paid a penny
2) Sold me a phone on the basis of Free Skype-to-Skype, but the phone does not support Skype!
3) Offered a Free Mobile Dongle - lie, never sent anything

The phone is okay, but an old model from Samsung. The contract is fine and cheaper than my existing contract, but I got no Skype that I wanted.

I have had the same experience as everyone here with mobile 4 free. i was deceived into thinking i had been given an upgrade from 02 when i eventually received the phone it wasnt what i was promised and am totally unable to get in touch with them to return it. i am appauled by the customer service of this company and now dont know who to talk to or what to do. Stay well clear!!!

Like others, I believed Mobile 4 Free were O2 right up util the point when we were discussing phones and i realised they didn't do lots of the phones 02 does. I then asked for their company name and realised they were a seperate company! Thankfully I came on here before I signed up to anything and quickly said I wasn't interested.

Mobiles 4 free offered to buy out our O2 contract and it's now six months later and we have received nothing. I have sent them all of our bills as requested, left three messages which were never returned and I have written two letters of complaint which were also ignored. I then went through O2 to try to resolve this and they put me back through to mobiles 4 free who are now saying that we were not promised any cashback because of the model of phone we picked. i have had exactly the sme expierience as most others on here with mobile 4 free. they lead me to believe it was an up grade on my current o2 contract. then tried to charge me £15 to cancel it. they only waivered this after i said i was going to make a complaint. i eventully sent he phone back and now they are taking insurance money out of my account for the phone i do not have. i have been trying to contact hem for about a week. with no answer. i am absolutely appauled by the customer se ...

disgusted in this company, was made to believe it was a renewal on my old phone contract by 02!!! have tried to get in contact but with no reply, mobile for freenow owe me about £100. Then they have the cheek to call and say i could save money on my bills if i recomend friends! have never dealt with a worse company and advise any readers to stay clear! Deceptive marketing by Mobile 4 Free, rang me with the line "Hi we're just calling regarding your current o2 contract" was led to believe they were offering an upgrade on my existing contract, though they did not actually make any false claims. Tried cancelling my contract within a week and am still trying, staff were rude and unhelpful, was also told that 3 rents out masts to o2 and only gives them 75% of the signal which sounded dubious.

don't go anywhere near mobile 4 free, they keep charging me for insurance i never asked for and they are rude and cut-throat. they roped me into a contract i didn't want and then completely ignored me when i try'd to cancel it until the 14 days was up and now im stuck with them for 18 months. and also they completely lied about the terms of my contract

Stay well away from mobile-4-free!!!! They contacted me and by the way they were talking they were my original contract provider until the end of the call when they stated who they were! I have spoken to my current provider who have informed me there is no way they can pay off my contract as they have no means of making the payments. There is no way i could have kept my current number unless my contract was paid off and a code released to keep it. I have cancelled with them and the phone is in ...

totally ignored by Mobile 4 Frees customer service dept. Like most of the other comments i too have been left with promises of payment of my original phone bill to change over but yes after 5 months with them have only received 1 payment. I have also sent 5 letters chasing them without reply or action. have recieved appalling customer service regarding Mobile 4 Free. was shouted at, ridiculed and spoken to in a totally unacceptable manner by the operative in the call centre, in south wales. was told different things by different people and was disgusted at the attitude of the staff.

stay away molbiles for free phoned me up about a phone at first i said yes and then within 2 hours i phoned and cancelled they said someone would phone me back within 24 hours nobody did so i phoned back and got the same answer again this went on for 4 days and no body phoned. the next thing the phone came by courier and i refused the delivery and he took it away so i didnt even handle the phone. Mobile 4 Free didnt pay the last month on my existing contract, didnt cancel it or switch my number over as promised.now ive been paying that contract and my old one, they owe me about £90 for this mistake.

The Mobile 4 Free website was so easy to use, and everything is searchable under make or network. They seem to offer all makes and models of mobile phones.

I also took out the insurance, which was only £2.49 per month; which is a great saving when compared to the usual £5 - £9 per month.
