Good Points: Great Players, Good Campaign, Great Training,
Bad Points: Easy is too easy - Normal is too hard.
General comments: Virtua Tennis 3 is a great game with tons of different strokes like in any other tennis game, but it is impossible to hit the net unless serving and nearly impossible to hit it out unless they smash it and you barely deflect. The game has a very good campaign menu which is a giant world that includes tons of the trainings and the academy to help you do moves to beat an opponent who plays at the baseline or an opponent that is always up front. When you customize your character face, he always manages to look slightly plastic like a slightly buff Michael Jackson and the outfits never look good. The game never tells you when there is a tournament so if you are ranked 204+ you have to wait for ages until a tournament. The players are always the same like even in the 300+ tournaments even Federer would play unlike in Top Spin 2 (disappointing yet makes more sense) where they have random people play you until you get to the top 100s or grand slams. anyhow the game is quite fun until you get to the top 50 when it gets REALLY hard, but I would recommend it but not a Must Buy.

I loved the Original Top Spin on the X-box. Great graphics and fab gameplay. Couldn't wait for Top Spin 2 to come out. I did. It was AWFUL. Completely spoilt.
Now. How cars anymore.
VIRTUA TENNIS 3. Put simply THE best sports game on any console anywhere. I have played it just for one evening and stopped at 2 in the morning only because I getting it in the neck from the other half! I would have carried on and carried on.....
