    Good Points: Looks nice. Easy to use.


    Bad Points: Belt broke after 3 years of moderate/low use. Support from Samsung is poor. They were not helpful. Parts were not available.


    General comments: Don't buy a Samsung washing machine. They need to improve their after sales service 100% and their goods don't seem to be built to last.

    I have had 2 Samsung B1215JGS washing machines in 7 weeks! The first one broke down after 3 days, and the second after 4 weeks.

    Parts are not readily available, which adds to the repair time.

    I have found the Samsung washing machine experience is not one I intend to repeat. The machine has now been replaced with another make.
