Bad Points: For sure they do provide family policy and I believe children is insure free but not sure why at their 1st step of quotation it only ask how many Adult and Children?

General comments: During the recent half term school holiday, went on holiday with his school and it was almost impossible to purchase travel insurance for him to travel independently. A family friend recommended us to Insuremore.co.uk and I was very impressed with their web site. Clear; simple, helpful and very competitive. In addition, their after sales services were excellent, almost instantly after I had paid & submitted my order, I received confirmation & all the documents by email.
I found Insuremore's site very simple to use and very competitive. When our annual family travel insurance policy expire, for sure we will consider to move our to Insuremore.

I recommend booking with another, more reputable company! I have booked insurance with this company on several occasions but this time I am most disappointed with them. When I booked the insurance they did not send the insurance certificate to my email address. Their claims line is not a 24 hours service and when I came to print out the certificate by using the policy number from their website, I could not get their website to open up.

I insured myself with Insure more back in 2003 and 2005 although I did not have to claim I was impressed by their fast on line format which was easy to understand and if in the uneventful misfortune I have to make a claim I am sure that they would be equally as easy going in settling the claim.

Within the last 10 years we were unfortunate that we had to make 3 travel insurance claims, including this occasion. Our first two occasion were also small claims but it took more than 2-3 weeks before we received settlement .

I am not sure whether it is the same company in this occasion and they are called InsureMore which we are highly impressed with their Online claims facility.

I also realised Insure More have a Online Claim. Although on this occasion we did not have to make a claim, but I took the liberty to check out their facility. I am very impressed, and for sure I have not come across any travel insurance providers that can provide an instant decision via Online like Insure More Travel Insurance. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family & friends.
