General comments: I have been using Flowers4 for some years and I have had consistently great feedback from friends and family about how lovely the Flowers have been and how generous the amount - I rely on them now they do a great job

Ordered bouquet to be delivered in Frankfurt, requested delivery for that afternoon or by the latest 6pm the following day. Flowers never arrived.

I ordered a deluxe tulip bouquet with vase for £55 from Flowers4. They sent a mixed bouquet of cheap flowers that can be purchased for around £30.
After calling the customer services 5 times to complain, they never contacted me, I sent a letter to the director, but I have received no reply.
