    Short story: I have had many better massages and facials than I had here. I suspect it is down to the training of the beauticians and not that they weren't doing there best. I was given £120 vouchers to Victorias for 4 hour pamper day treat. When I got there was told I was down to have a Swedish back and leg massage first, then a facial. I queried this as the pampering package was for a full body massage. This seemed to cause confusion and I was left to wait while this was checked up on. I was then told it was Ok and I could have the full body massage. Not a good start! The massage was OK but not as thorough as I've had at many other salons and the facial wasn't wonderful either. Seriously think it is down to mediocre training of the beauticians and that they were probably doing their best. As for the lunch - a ham and cheese sandwich with crisps and huge chunks of apple! ha ha - just what a 'day spa' would give. Could have done without that lunch - sitting in the front of the salon munching a sandwich while customers come and go - NOT relaxing at all!

    Wonderful selection of products - even the most odd of them are available. Next day delivery means next day delivery! Fabulously packaged.
    A great team of people seem to work at VH. I received my order in under 18 hours from placing it.
    The website is easy to browse but could use some updating to bring it to the web 2.0 standard.

    Victoria's Health and Beauty, Bristol is excellent! Very professional and relaxing. Yesterday I had a massage. The therapist was very informative, very thorough and I feel fab now! Thank you all!

    I have visited Victoria's Health and Beauty more than 10 times now and I have always been happy with the level of service provided. This has especially been the case for my last two visits. The waxing therapists provide a very professional service and their waxing techniques are the best I have experienced, to the point where I now always book my appointments with the same therapist. To top it off all staff are bubbly and outgoing and all make you feel really relaxed during your visit.

    I have been using this salon for around 6 months for various services from massage to manicures and have enjoyed every visit. The pricing is competitive and service superior to any other I have experienced locally.

    I have been to this salon several times now, and two of these experiences have been excellent, two have been fairly shoddy. The excellent experiences were punctual, comprehensive and attentive, while the other two were lazy friendly, yet late, lazy and disinterested. I won't be going back unfortunately, the 50/50 chance of a satisfactory treatment is too big a gamble for the prices they charge.
