Bought two Pokemon toys for £30 in Manchester store then discovered a couple if hours later that they were 25% off on the website. “Abysmal Customer Service”

I made an online click and collect order from the White Rose centre. Completed the order and NEVER got a confirmation email. I presumed it was a glitch and went to the store to collect. The order was not there. After 20 minutes of calls i found out the order would not be ready for another 3 days. After recieving my Syma x5s - it was faulty. I rang up the entertainer in Birmingham, redditch, Solihull etc and none had replacements or were very helpful. I ended up calling the entertainer in West Bromwich, I was greeted by a friendly man who asked me what I needed and was happy to help. What a shame i find myself writing this poor review for what everyone agrees (including Entertainer Store Manager and Customer services) is a poor situation. Bought a Nerf Gun N Strike for the kids to share at xmas. This has bigger bullets tha usual but what we did not appreciate is that with bigger bullets comes lots more power. “Rubbish!!!!!”

After staff in Bradford pricing an item wrong by £25 they wouldn't honour the price or any discount. The Manager was rude to my husband instore and to me on the phone and called my husband a liar!! After ringing head office four time over two weeks The head of costumer service finally rang me back. “Do not buy online! ”

I would recommend going into the store but ignore stock levels + purchasing online! I made my purchase online as it said available in 30 minutes, it did say to wait for the confirmation email before going in to collect it. I called the local store to double check as I know what computers are like with stock levels. I tried to purchase one of the Hexbugs today was emailed to say needed to try payment again as bank not authorised transaction. Did this 3 times on contacting my bank I was advised they had authorised payments TWICE but declined 3rd as they thought fraudulent. “The right toys at the right price and great service”

I had two toys in mind that I wanted to buy for Christmas presents, so I searched online and found that they were stocked by the Entertainer at prices that compared well to online retailers (one was cheaper than Amazon). I didn't reserve for collection, I just went into town. Sold an item and took payment, website said available for collection in 30 minutes, 5 hours later, was told in store that the item was out of stock, contacted customer services when at home to be told the warehouse was out of stock and they would have to issue a refund. “Lack of communication”

Ordered goods online to collect in store. The site said 1-3 days. In practice it took 6 days for the store to receive them from their warehouse. I had to call in to the store at Bluewater a couple of times to find out what was going on. “shocking customer service.”

I ordered some toys from the entertainer to be sent to my local store. It stated 1-3 working days it would be dilivered by. After 8 days with no confirmation email I went to the store to see if my items were there - they weren't and didn't know where it was. I sent an email after 2 weeks of waiting. Whilst I cannot fault the online shop, their choice of delivery partners (Yodel) have ruined m daughters birthday. I ordered around £50 of presents within the delivery time. However, as a working mum, ask new I would not be home when Yodel attempted delivery so left a message on my door, asking for them to either leave the parcel in the recycling bin or with a neighbour if a signature was required.
