I'm a customer of All Saints that has both purchased in store and online and two days ago I placed an order for a jacket on sale. In my humble opinion, the problem with All Saints is, that their clothes are rather expensive + there is no cheaper equivalent that would offer similar style. Personally, I don't care about their clothes being hand made or about their horn buttons (TBH I'd rather have plastic ones) but I just love their design. “Horrendous customer service!”

I bought a sheer dress from All Saints and at the till I asked the assistant if I could return it if I changed my mind and she said yes. I did change my mind and decided to return it the next day. I walked in and very politely explained the situation but I was refused a refund, only store credit and sent packing by the horrible store manager! I was outraged... “Ordered Leather Jacket Online: Opened an ugly can of worms”

Since I live in Texas and do not have the luxury of simply walking into an All Saints store I ordered a beautiful Belvedere Leather Jacket on their online store and waited excitedly impatient for it. Firstly, I have to say that I have spent a lot of money in All Saints over the last couple of years and really did love their stuff. However, since having our baby I have taken to use their online service over the last year or so and it is awful. I agree with a lot of reviewers on this site that one of the biggest issues is their returns procedures and that you can only obtain a refund if you return the item via post at your own expense, which is so backward compared with other online… Read Full Review

I never had delivery problems with AllSaints and my cards always worked very well. However, I think fashion changed in this 2012 fall quite a lot as well... I think that would be my reason for not shopping with them anymore. They used to be edgy and cool, and I used to adore they dresses!!! Now designs are sooo boring and not worth the money anymore... Such a shame. Now its all boring and poor quality coats, very boring jackets (some coll leather jackets from last year are about only good thing left) and they charge for poor quality leggings up to 65£?! Seriously?!!! I think I will not buy from them anymore either. Such a shame... used to be one of my favourite brands...

Totally agree.

I think quality has improved, but the collection is very diluted and totally boring, average high street with hefty price tags too.
There is a fraction of the volume they had in the past; the stores look half empty.
Boring. A complete turn off.

“Interesting designs, poor quality, terrible customer...”

So I bought a T-shirt costing £55 (yes, I know, insane, but I really liked the design). I would say that over the last 14 months I've probably worn it 14 times, having other stuff that I wear. I used to just love All Saints clothes, having spent thousands both in the store and online. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, however. I purchased a dress online, and less than 10 days after receiving it, it went on sale for 60 pounds less. I called their customer service and they refused to do the price adjustment.

AllSaints online fails on 2 rather major fronts with their returns process: firstly, you are unable to return items to a store for a cash refund which means you have to rely on the postal system and secondly, they do not provide any free shipping returns which most of the other online retailers do (in fact most even provide a returns label for convenience - whereas AllSaints seems to want to make the process as difficult as possible). I totally agree with all of the above! I can't believe in this day and age they can't run an Internet business smoothly ! Why should it cost us to shop with them! We didn't keep the items as they were not as described as online and now we are out of pocket through no fault of our own! And the quality of the clothing is so so bad!! And I have now been told its in to max !! Nice ! Will not be buying again!

UPS delivered my online purchase (from Us.AllSaints.com, since they don't have a store in Texas) on friday before Labour Day, when I was already gone for the holiday. When I arrived on Tuesday, there's no package at my door. I called UPS, who instructed me to call All Saints who would filled the claim with UPS. I had the exact same problem: ordered something...never came- file investigation, no one gets into contact with me, email the company only to have them tell me they're opening ANOTHER investigation because the first one wasn't closed "properly". Mind you all this in 2 weeks. However I will be more diligent as the product in question is an expensive leather jacket ($400), so this story will have a happy ending... of an ugly one.
