    Good Points: Home delivery item arrived on day promised. Price went down £10 a day after I bought online, but they refunded £10 anyway! Brilliant! Customer services emailed back very promptly.

    Bad Points: Some things on website not in stock.

    General comments: I was worried about buying my tent so close to a bank holiday weekend after reading all the negative reviews of Argos but they were brillant and everything ran smoothly! I would use again! And besides, I've always loved Argos... it's so unique!

    I've been a faithful customer of Argos for years. I know a lot of people complain about this shop, but my experience has always been good. I have actually noticed an improvement in the service over the years. It started of good enough and now is excellent. I went to Argos last week and bought a heater for our hall. I viewed the product online, where I could have reserved, but forgot. Nevertheless, I went to the shop and used the self service check out, 2 minutes in shop by now. Estimated pick up ...
