    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: After sales service.


    General comments: I took a pair of school shoes back to Brantano and they didn't seem to want to know. Offered me no refund or exchange. The shoes have split and was advised by the member of staff I dealt with that it was normal. So as far as they are concerned you spend £42.00 on a pair of Rhino shoes for school and they expect them to last 6 weeks? Would never shop there again.
