    Lagostina cookware is not only beautiful, but also a pleasure to cook with. The handles do stay cool, provided one is sensible with the level of heat used.

    It is possible that we got a defective Lagostina ProCAST pot in our set (the one that had the non-stick finish peeling off), but I was also generally disappointed with the handles that didn't "stay cool" as claimed. The handles wouldn't have been enough to make me want to return the pots, but now that I have returned them (due to the peeling non-stick) and replaced them with set from a different manufacturer, I am so relieved that I won't have to handle my pots on the stove top with oven mitts f ...
