I bought a dual sim phone which broke within 2/3 months. Keypad no longer responded and touchscreen worked on and off. Tried to contact customer services via email, website and telephone on a number of occasions. No emails were replied to, no telephone calls were answered. Avoid if you want some reassurance about any kind of warranty or service support. (read more)

Excellent customer service they were understanding and attended to my personal needs.
The mobile phone watch was delivered promptly and the product was how it was described. The bluetooth didn't work but freeyourmobile sent me out a better one.
I will be using freeyourmobile again and recommending them to my friends. (read more)
