    Have had this phone now for 2+ yrs. I have dropped it from above waist height a few times (not on purpose I might add) so I bought a wrist strap. I find it to be a strong robust phone. Fits in the hand very comfortable. Stereo sound perfect. Surfing web no probs. Good all rounder. Depends on what you want it to do and for. Apart from texting and phoning. You could possibly a Man's phone!

    I am very disappointed with this phone. I can't hear callers as the volume is so low (even on maximum). The right earphone only worked on the ear piece attachment. My husband changed from Nokia as his last one 6230 stopped charging after 18 months. All issues start when out of warrenty. I think I might change to Sony Ericcson as well.

    Have had the Nokia phone replaced twice in 6 months. Got as part of 18 month contract - I am now leaving network after 10 years over this poor quality phone and their failure to change it. I was promised a quality phone but this is a low budget piece of rubbish. I am leaving my contract early in order to get a phone that actually works

    This is a dog of phone, cheap, nasty, and unreliable with no redeeming features.
    Sadly I got mine as a freebie from Vodafone for signing up for another contract term, the truth is the contract lasts longer then the phone has. It's been in for repair for cutting out during calls, volume so low you cant have a conversation, for turning itself off without warning (no, not for a low battery) and getting the same text message over and over again.

    I have not had problem with this phone and have to say that I am very impressed with the Nokia 6234 features & performance. This phone has all the features for business people, as well as for music enthusiasts out there. The phone is priced well and offers a lot. There are not that many other phones out there that offers so much at such a low price. Well done Nokia!

    The Nokia 6234 is easy on the eye. Outstanding audio clarity. Simple and easy to use, Just insert Sim card and it's business as usual, Excellent 2mp camera, 64mb memory card supplied. Huge screen, Easy to see alphabet plus big keys on the touch pad. Great menu selection. Easy to find features. Good coverage. Reasonably priced. A great replacement phone. Good value for money.
