CDA CI 360. Very poor machine, had engineers out *4 in first 8 months, would not change machine, put new circuit board in-still does not always spin, whites marked through dirty drum and rubber even though have to clean after every use. clothes do not come clean again unless can be washed at high temp, have to throw away - all normal and common sense to go through extra care says customer support, we should not wash on 40deg all time, nearly 3 hours is normal wash for machine. Integrated but have to leave door open to stop it smelling??? How do you shut your cupboard door?
Needs more info on cycle times and updated care. Customer support staffs attitude can be poor.

We have had a cda C1950 washer dryer for 6 months, actually i should say we have had 3 of these in 6 months as they keep going wrong, the customer service is awful and now i have another machine that does not work at all, CDA keep saying that they will send a new circuit board but it hasn't arrived, absolutely appalling that i have had 3 washing machines in the past 6 months and none have worked properly. I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem? I am awaiting a call from a manager but ...

We have had a CDA washer/dryer CI392 for 8 months - the fabric softener cycle does not work, it does not rinse, and it will not spin - the washes take longer than any washing machine we have previously owned!

As the previous customer review states, our machine had never worked properly form the start, washing was taking 4 hours, just so cda know, this is not normal.!!
After 6 months in November we finally rang them for an engineer to come out, they gave some rubbish over the phone on how to re set it, it takes two people to do this. This still did not work, so I rang again in December, the engineer could not find a fault, but said it was the circuit board, so would order another. this did not arrive ...

My CDA CI392 washing machine was less than 6 months old, and we were told we had totally destroyed the drum. CDA openly admit that something like a ten pence piece can cause this. We checked the filter and found nothing, even their engineer found nothing, but still accused us of causing the damage. So much for a 5 year warranty!
