Purchased Nike Golf Bag at a great price. Paid extra for a set Delivery date. was texted and phoned to say driver was on way. driver never arrived with parcel -next thing I know it's returned to a depot and had to wait another two days for despatch. On arrival colour didn't match that online, so I phoned customer services about having bag returned. No pick up service so had to fork out £12.92 postage and buy another bag for my sons birthday. Ordered a pair of oakley radar path sunglasses cheaper than I could find elsewhere on Thursday and they arrived the next day. I was emailed and sent texts through all of the delivery process, even stating the name of the delivery driver. I am a cyclist and use evans online a lot as they are very good, but not this good. Martin and Darren were very responsive and efficient in terms of replying to emails. First class in this respect. Overseas delivery. Cons: Took a lot of prompting. 4 working days from date/time of order to actually dispatching order (not what I would have expected given items being in stock at warehouse). Accepted and confirmed the order with a 7 day delivery from gold online. On day 9 they rang to say the clubs werent available. Then came out with the most pathetic excuses blaming everyone else.
Would not recommend to anyone, poor service and terrible excuses for dismal service

I called up to find out something about the ex-display model which was on offer and the best option for me. Golfonline is the best golf shop I have found so far. With my regular experience of shopping online, I have come across many who have let me down in different ways. What I like about them is they were quick to contact me about an out of stock pack of Tees in my order - and offered a free upgrade. Goods were delivered next day for free. They answered to my phone call once and promised to contact me as soon as possible. It's about three weeks ago now. After that I have spoken to the answering machine only. (read more)

I disagree with this review because...My friends and I have always had a great experience dealing with Golf online. We have bought several items from this store and have found the guys on the phone extremely helpful plus delivered goods within 2 days..
